I'm gnashing of teeth at night. My dentist wants to buy a guard $ 400 night. Make more office like that? Someone told me they were not so good, B / C, they are not difficult and could actually pose a bigger problem. Is it true?

My only customized my dentist is hard, but I found that the grinding of teeth when I wear it, and even found myself grinding of teeth during the day in the days after I arrived in the night .....
